Seek in God's presence to have the anointing of the Spirit of Christ so truly that your whole life may every moment be spiritual.

This is throughout scripture the great central promise: I am with you.

That is the secret. As the rising sun holds the promise of light for the rest of the day, so your quiet time spent waiting on God will be your promise of His presence and power throughout your day.

He will make His holy promise an actual reality in our conscious experience: "Lo, I am with you alway[s]" (Matt. 28:20). Let us see to it that our faith in His blessed Word, in His divine power, and in His holy abiding presence, is the one thing that masters our whole beings. Then Christ will indeed manifest Himself, abide with us, and dwell in our hearts as His home.

We cannot possibly be satisfied with anything less than to walk with God — each day, each hour, and each moment, in Christ, through the power of the Holy Spirit.
